After a year I finally decided to buy these and they are amazing! However, the blue didn't work, so any blue accents to create other colors didn't work properly either. I called the company and the guy I spoke to basically gave me all the reasons why it wasn't working other than the fact that it might have been a bad controller. So I made sure and tested all sorts of things and then ordered a new replacement controller (from my bag) and what do you know?!?! Blue works now and all colors! Maybe listen to customers' concerns a little bit more and offer other solutions than telling me what I did wrong. I've been using LEDs for a long time. So now I don't have money for a new controller, it would be nice to return it
