I have to say that I had a problem with it shortly after using it for the first time. Audio is clipped/skipped when used with my capsule. I posted this in another review thinking it was the end and downgraded my rating. Shortly after submitting the review, I was then contacted by the company owner. He suggested a simple reset procedure that solved the problem. I've been using them for a few weeks now with no problems. I'm glad it worked as I'm very happy with how they fit and sound when I use them while running. They pair very easily with my phone or tablet. I think it is good value for money and I am very impressed with the customer service provided to my owner.
