Review on 🍳 Cuisinart 622-30G Chef's Classic Nonstick Hard-Anodized 12-Inch Skillet with Glass Lid, Black by Linh Hellmuth

We have had other Cuisinart pans for a long time and are satisfied. But this pan doesn't last at all. It's only been 4 months and it's showing signs of wear and rust after every hand wash. Anyway, I called their customer service and the rep gave me instructions on how to email them. What I followed, not a single email was answered within 2 months, even with 2 additional emails. I finally got an email from them today saying "Please change the subject line from Dishware to KITCHENWARE or wait for a delay." Really? I don't want to do this nonsense, so I just throw the pan away. I hope people who care about the customer service experience will see my review and stick with this brand. Or at least do your own research on whether you should buy from them. There are many complaints that they do not stand behind their products and promises. I'm disappointed.
