Does not clean as described
I purchased this product based on reviews and was very disappointed with its performance. I had a light base - I removed makeup with wipes, actually I used 2 of them. Then I felt my face wasn't clean so I used a cotton pad and cleansing water and was very surprised and disappointed when I saw the foundation on the cotton pads - it had to be removed with these wipes. I throw the rest away because it's useless.
