1) The PoE hat fan causes mating problems in many cases without modification (due to fan placement). If it had been moved slightly to one side, this problem could have been avoided (design problem and inability to work on 3V2). different design. Maybe make the screws long enough to replace the tiny case mount? Not sure but I need a better design. 3) Strangely, PoE and Power do NOT work together. If I power on through one of them and then unplug that source, the Pi restarts even though it has a different power source. Granted, it could be the Pi, not this device. But still, part of the point is having backup power. 5) PoE blocks the connection of other cards than these things. I like it.
