Yes, you can do it yourself!
It's fairly easy to install once you know how to get to the case - not as difficult as you might think. The installation of the LCD itself consists mainly of screws and a few cables to connect it. Before doing this, make sure the power is off, the battery is disconnected, and stay grounded so you don't hit the inverter board on the back with static electricity. The screen is sharp and clear. No problem.
