I can never keep curls in my hair, but it keeps my curls day and night. I'm a bleached blonde so I use it on lower settings and haven't noticed any damage. I use it almost every day. It's been about 2 weeks since Ove had it. You're only as good as your tools, and these curling irons are awesome.
