I was very pleased when my very large and very heavy roll of foil arrived, I don't think the UPS employee was happy with it but I was. I bake a lot and use a lot of aluminum foil. While I sometimes use it to avoid washing pans, I use it primarily for its ability to lock moisture into meats like pork and beef roasts while baking, it's much better for eating when it's all wet. I also love steaming fish in tightly sealed foil with oil, salt and black pepper because it retains all the flavor of the fish and spices and comes out great every time. It seems we always run out of aluminum foil. Purchasing a standard 24 inch wide, 1,000 foot long roll of Propack Food Service aluminum foil solved our problem. With a 1000 foot throw, we won't go out for long. The film tears well and is easy to handle. I gave it four stars instead of five because it's a little thinner than I was hoping for but is still a good weight. I was happy to receive this product at a reduced price in exchange for my honesty and impartiality.
