Gorgeous dress, quality fabric, not costumey feeling. It has a little bit of give but isn't super stretchy. You do have to put it on overhead but there is a zipper on the right side from just below hip level to about 2 inches below the arm hole to make getting your shoulders through easier. Also, there are more of the tiny beads rather than the flat sequins down the side seams so you don't feel like your underarm is getting scratched to bits by the sequins. Fabric goes to just above the knee and the fringe goes to about mid-shin from there so it has that genuine vintage flapper hemline. It does nip in a bit at the waist so it fits to your curves instead of looking more boxy. I love it!
