Review on BlueSnail Stretchy Standard Toddler Mattress by Kayla Walton

Revainrating 3 out of 5

The product is better than good. but not very good

Full disclosure, do you know I use these crib pads as a seat cover and as an XLG dog bed fur crib cover. If you're looking for human- and baby-centric reviews of these sheets, see another review for more details. PILLOWCASE. I use one of these (brown) as a seat cushion cover for two people (see photos). I have "tipping" which doesn't really mean leather :), a 2 seater chair on my sunny porch/office. As with bonded leather/faux leather, the cushion has become detached and cracked with use. This is a smaller 2 seater chair from world market so it is difficult to find cushion covers. I placed one of these on the seat cushion to cover up the damage and also to extend the life of the two seater otherwise it will remain functional in that corner. buy a second cover and even washable ones often never fit again if you wash them regularly. To minimize wear and tear on covers and memory foam or orthopedic pillows (you'll hear $$$$$$$), I use these heavier weight sheets as covers on top of the original cover. However, here are their pros and cons. . and a few observations. Note that Revain is great for shipping, but note that it's available at 20-25% off at some other online retailers. They are also referred to as "chenille" (as opposed to velor). In terms of weight and material thickness, I find the term chenille more appropriate. ***** PRO ****+ Value for money - these are thin velor styles. They are thicker than a standard cotton sheet but not as thick as traditional velor. + QUALITY STITCHING - The seams and corners are well stitched and the quality of the elastic is medium to medium. This also makes the sheets fit well on mattresses (dog beds) which are not exactly as advertised. I can spot clean them without leaving water stains, which also extends the life of the film. ***** CONS****- COST - This was $12.99 as opposed to $8.99-9.99 at other retailers that have the target logo and the word 'Penny' in the title. They are identical in every way except for the price. - WRONG COLOR DESCRIPTION and PICTURE - The color is significantly lighter than the dark brown shown in the picture described in the reviews and described in the Q&A. In fact, this item has been described as espresso color, and it's not even close. It's more of a dark tan or a really light milk chocolate color. I wanted the espresso brown "bonded leather" seat cushion to be lacquered espresso to cover up the damage. I've ditched the dark tan for now, but I still buy espresso brown when I can find one.
