Damn! I took the plunge with COVID 19 and bought this to be able to do my own gel nails. Decided that I could study during this downtime. That's great. This is more expensive but worth the money. The fact that UV protective gloves are included is just a consideration. I was going to buy a cheaper one but thought about it and the gel manicure pedicure is 35-45 no tip and even some of the higher rated cheaper dryers complained about the polish not drying / too small or delicate. This is a beast and you can easily attach it with two hands or two feet. I bought the Gel Top/Bottom Coat and Bug Polish separately and my manicure was just as good as it was at the salon! And I can't paint my nails even though I feel like it now. I used it yesterday for my first try but I applied too thick a layer of varnish but now I understand less is more. I had a repeat today and have just as good if not better manicures/pedicures than the salon. After one more use, this thing will pay off. And to be honest I didn't think about damaging my hands until I saw that it came with UV gloves. This makes me more conscious of putting on sunscreen and gloves when getting my nails done - something I wouldn't think about and would only damage my skin. I also love the light from above. Nail dryer will discolour as it dries. Just a nice addition to make the spa feel like home. When you put your hands in, it turns on automatically and when you take them out, it turns off automatically, which is perfect. And it has 10 seconds, 30, 60 or a timer where it only counts down when you put your hands in it. This is a solid product and I believe it will last a long time. box, but then the dryer is in this cute zippered vinyl bag.
