Quality control issue

Bought two because my daughter likes them. Super soft and perfect size. The only problem. Both had problems from the start. Here you can see for the first time the white fabric/thread that the head is attached to the ceiling where when my daughter pulls it starts to unravel. On the second, the spike unravels at the edge and again where the eyes and head attach.
