Definitely see a difference! I love it.

I’m 5 ft 170 pounds I ordered a medium. It fits very snug and holds everything in without any skin peeping out. It stays in place and I sweat really good. I definitely see a difference as it’s cinched in my waist. I only wear when I work out and I love it😊

This is better than i expected.. i thought my other waist trainer was good but this one is way better! It’s comfortable and goes from under bust to right about your hips for complete mid section coverage .. size was as expected .. came a day late but thats ok . I highly recommend!
