Review on πŸ”§ Enhanced Performance with JISTL Plastic Single Double Reduction Gear by Brent Borseth

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Great kit! There aren't many restrictions here, but with just one of a few pieces you're buying two sets!

If you're looking to assemble a small gear train for a project, these gears seem like a great place to start! They all have the same tooth pitch, so they all work together in combination. I haven't applied any of these to the project yet, but I've broken them down into types (not counted individually yet): a couple of worm gears. several gears of the engine. several guide wheels with ring gear. .Several drive pulleys.Several idler pulleys.Several toothed pulleys. Two racks.Several rubber bands as pulley belts.Spacers.Angular bearing (one)Bevel gear (only one, but no counterpart - I bought 2 sets, both are the same), both had only one bevel gear) WITHOUT SHAFT All axle holes are the same size (about 1/16 inch) so they would need to be drilled to fit the shafts.

Pros
  • Worm Gear
Cons
  • Disappearing
