Thimbles are "Goldilocks” for all seamstresses and needleworkers. This is a good quality product at a good price (at the time of my own purchase). Be sure to read and follow the online sizing guidelines. My awkward human-sized thumb was tucked comfortably into its proper extra-large size. which can be hard to find. It has been a valuable addition to my own arsenal of sewing tools. However, note that this thimble is heavier/bulky than other thimbles. So there may be a period of getting used to it (isn't that always the case?), e.g. B. Wearing a different style of shoe. The way it is designed/used is different from some other popular styles. Different tool designs for different purposes and different working methods. There are several helpful how-to videos on the internet. I'll skip the other pros and cons. Depends entirely on what you're using it for, needle size, etc.
