3rd and last rating! About a year ago I bought this laser from scratch, the machine's trigger didn't work and just clicked, I tried to restart and it just never worked. Well last year I contacted support and they advised me to write down my problem and submit it with my IPL. A YEAR later, I kid you not, they finally came back to me. Better late than never, right? Fast Forward Customer Service sent me a "new" replacement. When I received my IPL for the second time, I quickly noticed that the laser wasn't packaged properly and so sloppily. No plastic, just a laser in a bubble wrap box. Worse still, a removable (hair) cartridge was used. Yes needed! It was dirty, encrusted with fingerprints, and gloomy. I'm just so disappointed in my whole experience. Terrible service. i'm just shocked I would not recommend this to anyone! I mean come on we have a pandemic.
