I was excited to try these blue light blocking glasses but I knew as soon as I put them on that they wouldn't fit me (lack of online viewing). to buy). I have a small head but these glasses are too narrow for me and get uncomfortable after a few minutes in them. I could tell there was a difference when looking at the computer screen with them, but I have to say things didn't look quite as clear. Maybe blocking blue light is ok? As this is my first experience with blue light goggles I have no comparison but it was a disappointing experience.
