I have chronic pain all over my body. At first I didn't buy the Trumedic massager because I thought it was only for the neck and upper back/shoulders. NOT SO! This massager can be placed almost anywhere on the body. Sit in a comfortable chair, maneuver your body, put sensitive areas on your belt. I keep moving the band and rotating the body slightly to get acupressure, from the neck to the upper back, outer arms, lower back, thighs, buttocks and tailbone. I recommend no more than twenty seconds per place for launch and at minimum speed. In addition, body twisting itself is similar to physical therapy. Finally, Trumedic's customer service is the best I have ever dealt with. Thank God for this massage belt.
