So far all good reviews.I've only had the item for about a week and I've used it for days.the quality is amazing for such a cheap price.i weight roughly 180 and im 5 '3.I ordered a medium.the first day it was a little struggle snapping the hooks im like oh no I should have ordered a large lol but it snapped (its 3 hook sizes so I got some on the first hook and some on the second hooks) after working out i noticed i was able to breathe more at first im like hell no I can't workout in this im about to pass out lol.40mins on the tread and I forgot I had it on.its great and I personally feel like it's doing the job.I didn't do measurements but I feel great and I feel like inches are melting of course with my workouts.I think its a good buy.and the size medium is just right.my stomach is big but not all over the place.hope this helps!
