We have been using this software since we started working with it in 2015. I like that you can easily customize your own process to suit what is needed for each specific situation. The best thing about this program so far has to be how easy they make finding information when ever there needs to be an update or change made within their system. They are always willing to help out if need arises at any time during our business day. At times things may take longer than expected but not because of them as much as other factors such as weather etc. Nothing really comes across negatively while being used by my team however sometimes minor issues do come up here and then resolved quickly once brought forward.
