I bought a 1/2 inch sweet potato cutter. It's a good thing I have a 1/2" as it's not easy to pull through. I cut them in half and put the pointed end forward and found that it works great with a good smooth pull. If I finish without pulling it all the way through the potato sticks then it's a struggle.I tossed the fries with some avocado oil, placed them on a quarter of a baking sheet and baked at 350 F convection oven for just over 30 minutes.It came out perfect.I like how the entire cutter slides out of the wall plate for cleaning.This block works for me.
