This product is a total disappointment. From design, production, quality, quality control, shipping and packaging, no instructions, and it was packaged like a used product. Someone sent me an ugly cheap table with their food and boogers everywhere! Let's remove the "Used" aspect first. I'm so outraged that it's all I can think of. So if I talk about that first, I can probably be more concise in my product review. This item was packaged as a used item. On each part there is dirt, stains, traces of holes in the metal where it is obvious that it has been assembled. There are scratches, dents, dents, scuffs, fingerprints, patches of missing paint from wear and tear and yes, food! How do we know what food is? Our two dogs can't stop licking it and only lick the spots where dried food is visible on the parts! I will need some therapy on this purchase because I was so excited to get this for so many reasons. I've waited longer than most Revain shipments. Revain really needs to keep an eye on its third-party providers. I haven't received word that Revane sells flea market items. Because that's what this table looks like that I would pay $5 for at a flea market. Better yet, if someone else bought this junk, they would probably put it on the curb. That's what my husband wants! The box arrived in 10 days, I can live with that. Inside the box were parts and bolts/screws in a sandbag. And no ziplock bag. A thin sandwich bag from the 70's and 80's like the ones mom let us wear with elastic shoes in the rain. smh The table parts were stuffed with styrofoam in various shapes all around the table as if the previous owner had sent it back. The screwdriver laid the box on the floor unassembled, not wrapped in polythene or bubble wrap to protect the cheap countertop, shelves, and metal parts of the brackets. There were no instructions. Not even a construction photo. Nothing! So I had to go to the photos on the Revain list and experiment. It took two (2) hours to assemble. Look at the photo in the ad. Does it look like something that takes two hours to assemble? Tonight I built a grill monster from scratch using 11 pages of instructions and it took me 48 minutes. The only benefit of this parts box is that all the parts were in the box. This table is cheaply made. The design is what I wanted. But for what I paid for it, I expected much better quality. The metal frame under the table is of poor quality. It is non-steel for better stability and load-bearing capacity. It's thinner metal. It can be said that there is no quality assurance process in the manufacturing facility. The metal cuts are made either by hand using hand tools or old machines. The ends are rough, the edges are sharp, poorly cut, and the square tube does not look square and deformed. There are no end caps on the metal tubes giving a finished look. And a part, machined, sealed something that rattled inside. Probably metal slag from rough metal cutting. The paint appears thin in places and thick in other places. There are also painted dimples and pimples. The holes for bolts and screws are poorly machined. So when you install a bolt, you literally have to twist it to tighten it. Shelves and table top are made of pressed cardboard. no tree No heavy plastic, not even mold or wrapped compressed cardboard like Walmart furniture in 45 minutes. In fact, Walmart box furniture is a step up. Screws are screws. The bolts have solid nuts just below the bolt head. This makes it almost impossible to connect parts without your own tools. You can't use the cheap wrench in the box (looks like a wooden spoon from an ice cream truck). We had to pull out a small wrench and our own ratchet screwdriver due to poorly made holes. The included screwdriver lost its head after 5 bolts/screws snapped off and a few screws were snapped off by the included screwdriver. The husband had to source various bolts and screws to replace what came in the kit. When assembled, the table is not square in shape. Poorly. An area on the metal frame is not suitable for a screw because the screw and screw holes do not match. It's not level either, and there's little that can be done to even it out. The wheels are too small which makes the mobility of the table shaky. With weight, wobblyness, thin metal construction and pressed cardboard, this thing is in danger of collapsing. The wheels had to be wider than the metal frame to provide stability and move weight without tipping over. Something like this would be used by children, the elderly, the bedridden, handymen, maybe a desk⦠It doesn't have to be a decorative corner table. This article is intended for use. The way it's done, another one will be needed soon. Maybe 3/4 months? But it was used with food! I was wondering when I didn't wrap it up and send it back the next day when I saw the food. I think since I was already on the verge of giving a (1) star review for use, I might as well let other potential buyers know what to expect when they buy this table. This weekend it's better to go to the flea markets and find a real table!
