I was eager to give HIAORS a try because I consider myself to be a powersports enthusiast. My experience, however, was far from ideal. Although their website is simple to use, the rates are not as affordable as those at other online retailers. The product descriptions, which were also vague, left me with more questions than they did solutions. Furthermore, I wasn't impressed with their customer support. The customer service agents weren't very knowledgeable and seemed more eager to get me off the phone than to solve my issue. The shipping, finally, was not as dependable as I had anticipated. My purchase arrived later than anticipated, which annoyed and inconvenienced me. In general, I was unhappy with my interaction with HIAORS. There are undoubtedly superior alternatives for powersports enthusiasts, despite the fact that they might have some redeeming characteristics.
