The only issue I have with the bag is that the straps that hold it in place are in a fixed position. Since my UTV has headrests on the rear bar, I can't install them as they aren't adjustable. The bag is made of decent material but definitely not durable. It's probably worth the price even if you have to replace it every year or two if it fits your UTV. If there is nothing on the headrest back bar or back bar, this should work for you. The side straps are not strong enough to hold it through the handrails without a loop.
