This scrub definitely works. Your skin will need a few days to recover for you to see the benefits, but after those few days my skin looks great. I'm 23 years old and I work a lot in the sun, which makes me age slowly. I have an olive skin tone, pimples under the skin, I don't lose weight well (BAD combination). This left me with a few small scars and a lot of dark pigment spots, especially on my forehead. I used to feel much better after my face got a nice tan/burn resulting in new, more even skin. But. Recently, I'm more worried about the sun's ultraviolet rays and want to prevent future aging as much as possible. That's why I started looking for the bowl! This material works great and my skin looks much better after using it. BUT you have to be careful. Some things I learned that may be helpful when you first start using it: Your skin will look worse (increased redness) immediately after and for a day or two after use. Because the peeling "damages" the outer layer of skin. This may annoy you (as well as me), but. I do not know. Try not to look in the mirror. Because it gets better! DO NOT apply scrub to flaky/healing skin. As I said, I collect pimples and often get scabs. Don't put this thing on top of the other or it will burn through, making it bigger and damaging your healing skin. I accidentally did it the first time. I still use it, but I'm very careful not to put it on such sensitive areas. Be very careful! Be sure to rinse thoroughly! My scars have gotten smaller and my dark acne scars are starting to fade. I've used this 4 or 5 times so far. I know they don't just go away naturally because it usually takes me a very long time to go away. This scrub definitely helps! It makes my skin glow and I feel so confident. I'm not used to seeing myself with good skin! I can definitely get used to that :)
