This wireless car charger is just perfect. My husband's phone no longer charges via USB, so we have a wireless charging pad at home, but we needed something for long car rides when the phone is being used for navigation, which drains the battery faster. That works great! Not only does it wirelessly charge your phone, but it also securely holds it right where you want it to look good. I use the vent clip method and it is very sturdy and also sticks out just enough from the vent to allow air to pass through. The release/grab button works when the car is off. I've seen some reviews that say it doesn't, but at least mine does. I bought the recommended quick charge adapter for the car cigarette lighter port to ensure we can charge quickly. I was very happy with this purchase and liked it so much that I actually left it in my car and I need to buy a second one for my husband's car. :-)
