7 year old feels safe and comfortable in the ocean.
A quick Walmart purchase ended with life jackets that caused horrible rashes and raw skin around the jaw age upper neck. We ordered these because of the smooth seems, the buckle between the legs, and bright colors. We've had multiple comments on how much easier it is to see my kids in the water while wearing these. I highly recommend these for littles that can't swim, or kids not 100% confident in their swimming skills.
