Hands down the best adhesive I've tried. I started bullet journaling and needed something I could put in my journal without worrying about it falling out or ruining the items I put in the pages. I used glue in the past but it just didn't work and I tried using double sided tape but it wasn't sticky enough and quite difficult to work with. However, this runner makes it VERY easy to attach my photos and other paper materials to my journal and I know they will never fall out. To be honest I will never use glue and double sided tape again. It takes effort to pack items into my bullet journal and scrapbooks which is the number 1 thing that annoyed me before I got this product. I once tried using this on a material that was too soft and the band got a little messed up so I just have to open it up and turn it back on. Otherwise no problem!
