Very good quality wiper blades for the price - replaced Bosch badges in my cars

Fall 2016 update: I've been using AERO blades for a while and did another comparison. On my 2010 Hyundai Sonata, 2010 Toyota Rav4, and work vehicles, these blades are still the best blades I've tried at this price point compared to the Bosch Icon, Rain-X Latitude, Michelin Stealth, Valeo Frameless, and Motorcraft. All-Season These Aero All-Season blades leave the best streak-free results of any blade I've used, with no dead spots or streaks all season long. I swapped them out on one of my old cars for an abuse test and they are effective after 9 months of a fairly harsh winter. I lasted almost 1 year 3 months from a set before they finally stopped working well at the edges. You should replace them every 6 months but - depending on your climate - you can probably use a full year on one set. Only Bosch Icons have lasted longer (1 year 6 months in a work van), but they haven't performed as well as Aero All-Seasons out of the box. After 3 months to about 5 months, Eros and Bosch work just as well. Bosh Icons get a little further after about 6-7 months, but until then I mostly swap them out. They are very quiet, even on dry glass, surpassed only by Bosch Icons. When they're brand new I get a little slippery trying to wipe dirt off the dry glass, but that stops after a regular use or two in the rain. Every once in a while I get one of the 24 inch blades which is a little stubborn to install but ends up requiring a little extra effort. Blades are fairly easy to remove once installed, but I've never dropped one. Some other blades are VERY difficult to install and VERY difficult to remove (check out Rain-X). I like that they're secure, but I want to be able to change them without tools or undue effort if I need to make changes outside the garage.” AERO all-season rims are my personal favorite in all of my comparative testing and outreach for every car in my garage or work fleet. work best from day one, have worked well for the last 9 months, are among the quietest, easy to swap out and very inexpensive in the kit. Original Review: Well I've used this for several tough summer and winter seasons; The Aero blades definitely work just as well as the Bosch Icon blades which I really liked and used for years. The blades work just as well as the icons, and are actually a little easier to install (the locking cap pops up a little less persistently when removed). The Icon is a little quieter on the windshield in side-by-side tests, but my beginner ears honestly couldn't tell the difference when they weren't next to each other. By applying a small amount of Rain-X to the windshield, all noise was largely eliminated for up to 3 weeks of continuous use during the rainy season. For the price, I'm sticking with the Aero in my 2010 Rav4 Limited and 2010 Sonata.

Pros
  • Easy installation
Cons
  • There are other interesting options.
