My wife has used this styler several times and is happy with the value for money. She likes that the styler is lightweight and has a comfortable grip that's easy to hold while styling. It has a few different settings that she likes, but mostly she just uses high settings. It looks good and feels good. The brush is strong yet comfortable. She finds the steam option to refresh hair during the day very useful. There is a small compartment that can be easily pulled out and filled with steam water, and the steam setting is easy to use. The heat leakage is very small. She has noticed that her hair takes longer to dry but after using her conventional hair dryer it looks straighter and styled instead of frizzy. In general, she likes it. Reasonable price, good quality, easy to use. It's just taking a little longer than expected.
