As a computer user, i had high HOPES for these glasses. However, as a result of my tests, I determined that they did not effectively block blue light... While they were stylish and comfortable to wear I experienced the same strain and discomfort in my eyes after prolonged computer use. Save your money and invest in a better quality pair..
