This is a diet and sports nutrition container

This stuff tastes good, mixes well and has some fiber, but the container is sooooo big. I can't save it anywhere. I usually put my powder container on top of the fridge, but even if it fits in there, it's so big and heavy that I have a hard time putting it down. I have to leave it on the counter which I hate since my counter is already so small. I wish they would have put it in smaller containers because I'll have to seriously consider getting something else just because it's so bulky.

Pros

CASEIN VS. WHEY: Whey protein is quickly absorbed and is ideal for stimulating muscle protein synthesis after a workout. Casein, on the other hand, is slow digesting and inhibits muscle protein breakdown

Cons
