I like that you can have multiple authors working in one document at once without having different sections or pages of text with each author writing their own section/page etc as well - this makes things alot easier when trying to keep track of who wrote what part! Also really simple way of editing your material too just by clicking edit next to where i need to change something rather than copy paste which saves time if done often enough!! not much but would love more options such as adding audio recordings / video clips so we could add them into our docs also instead using images (which seem harder) maybe an option? Maybe some other types e.g diagrams?! We are currently updating out outline templates & processes however they will require training before anyone else starts usinng them therefore creating content ourselves first then passing onto others via trainings :).
