i am very satisfied with these fans. I bought 4 and installed 3 of them. I installed one as an air intake and used the other two on the outlet cooler. I was concerned that the blades would scratch the case if either of them were in the "intake" position, but don't worry, the fans have enough room to be let in or out. They didn't come with heatsink screws, although the packaging says how much air pressure they produce. The packaging states that the maximum volume is 28 dB. When I keep them at 700-900 RPM I can't hear them compared to the other components in my computer. Even at full power they are more than acceptable to me. For some reason I had trouble finding a decent PWM fan with LEDs, the right color, 4-pin, good quality and quite cheap. They fit perfectly and I'm glad I found them even though I've never heard of KingWin before. Good stuff. I took 3 pictures of the fans in different lighting. Orange, white and red lighting
