Donut. I'm a pretty good cook, but hash browns amaze me. The first step was to get a potato cutter to filter and remove the water from the grated potatoes (just squeeze the water out, not like what is used for mashed potatoes) and the second step was to get a good grater, I was sick of skinning my knuckles and wearing a bad wrist due to a flat joint. This grater is great. I can shred potatoes in a fraction of the time it would take with my old grater, and I like the larger than usual holes on one side (it has other typical piece sizes, with a large one). Now my Hash Brown tones are rocking the house! Great for cheese too. I am grateful for the excellent grater!
