Only one shoe had this crumpled, crumpled leather, the other shoe was perfectly smooth. I thought the other shoe was like the first one until I took it out of the box but it wasn't! I loved the look of them just why one was like this and the other wasn't especially as they were such an upscale brand with a high end price!
