This is a great product. I use it about once a week or more if you feel like you don't need it. Nourishes hair to make it easier to manage. The hair becomes very soft and easier to comb. I use it once every few weeks. You can use it before or during the shower. This tells you if before you shower you need to wet your hair, apply the product and cover with a shower cap for 10 minutes, then you can wash it. If it's during your shower, you would apply it after washing your hair, try leaving it on for three minutes. Your hair feels so good after the shower.
