This pan is advertised as "pre-seasoned". The bacon looked like chunks of bacon because I had to scrape it off the pan. I tried to spice it up again but the food is still sticky. I contacted the seller and was given instructions on how to do this, but I already knew that. I hope it becomes nonstick over time like my other cast iron cookware.
