Basically the name. The visor is fastened with three latches. During the ride, traveling at 35 mph, I turned to see what was behind me, the wind grabbed the space between the visor and blew it off my helmet. I was able to turn and pick it up off the curb, but now I have significant scratches from it sliding off the ground. This whole situation makes me a little suspicious of the product, but I'm also willing to decide when in doubt. Maybe one of the buckles came loose when I put the helmet on and I didn't notice. For now, part of my pre-ride check is to press the three latches to make sure they're in place. If it ever comes off again I will definitely look for a different product. Aside from the latch issues, it worked fine. It's clean, roomy, falls under my chin and protects my face from the wind and helps me stay warm during those winter rides. It also offers a full field of view, which is very important to me. All in all the visor is a good product but let down by a poor attachment method.
