EDIT 1/29: I'll give the company one thing, they seem to be feedback driven since my review was given a glance and someone had reached out about my issue. They had messaged me with a replacement which honestly was the best thing I think they could have done. The new bag seems just fine for the meantime and overall pretty much came shipped in brand new, at least they stick by their guarantee and that says a lot. I changed it to a 4 for this edit update.First off, don't get me wrong, the bag is great! It does the job its meant to do and that's all that really matters in the day to day life. I could fit a pretty decent tablet and good amount of stuff however, I ran into an issue.In the front flap pocket, there seems to be some stitching that went unnoticed because there's now a large hole in that front flap pocket, which is a shame considering I used that for ease of access. Thankfully so far its only been that pocket but I am kinda surprised by the bag tearing open when I saw people raving about how amazing this bag was.Its amazing in its capacity, durability has some debate behind it I'm afraid. Just for reference, I bought another bag like it from a different seller, and it's outlived further than this one currently. I would save your money if you don't know how to sew things back together.
