Purchase and packing: I ordered this mini pc because of the specs, price and looks. For the money it was excellent value. The order arrived earlier than expected which is always a bonus. The computer and accessories were well packaged and had everything you need including an HDMI cable and mounting hardware if you want to mount it on the back of a monitor for a nice clean desk. I love the look of the PC with the blue backlight on top so I decided to leave mine on the table. The device measures just under 5 x 5 inches, so it's nice and compact. The device itself has a matte finish, so fingerprints won't pick up as easily as they would on a glossy surface. Installation: Setting up this computer was easy. I connected it to my monitor, plugged it in and once it booted up it walked me through the Windows setup process and I was up and running in minutes. After the initial setup, I let Windows update itself, then checked the activation status and had a fully activated Windows 10 Pro installation - painless! return. Additional ports are located on the side of the device along with a power button for easy access. It has two HDMI ports, 1 Ethernet port, a headphone/microphone port, power adapter, 4 USB ports and a TF port. There is also a cutout for a cable lock. All in all, plenty of ports for your computing needs. Usage: So far the user experience has been great. It's a fairly speedy machine that handles basic computing tasks, including Office applications, as well as streaming content on various streaming services with ease. The machine starts in about 16 seconds from a cold start and takes about 8 seconds to shut down. Just recently I connected it to the docking station and it supports 3 external monitors without missing a second. Overall I am very happy with this purchase and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a very powerful computer in a small footprint.
