The item is half assembled. I'm assuming the screws came loose. The tire was wrapped several times in plastic wrap instead of a bag or box. The screws and washers are lost in the foil layers. It took about 20 minutes to find and assemble all the parts. Doesn't feel strong at all. To top it off, the tire mount holes are on the wrong side. Compared to the original frame, you will notice that the holes are opposite of what they should be. The item shown online is correct, but the item received is not. The color was different from the photo. Will return. Very disappointing.
