My favorite headset I've ever bought and I've bought quite a few over the years. Call clarity is top notch and range is impressive (I can keep myself clean from my office to across the property line on the other side of my property (about 100 feet above my house and outside). The battery lasts quite a while. a while, a lot longer than previous Plantronics headsets I've had and my favorite is the battery indicator on the front of the base, it clearly tells me I'll need to charge the headset with the Avaya 9611G phone soon.
