One of the blocks was missing spiral nails - hard to find at your local hardware store. All in all a great roof protection device. I don't go on a roof without a full harness and that depends on good anchor points. A good friend will walk around with a metal clamp for the rest of his life after falling off a single story roof, so it can happen to anyone.
