I like the simplicity of the dashboard, it's straightforward for users without much experience in this space. So far I have not had any issues with Archie as a platform, other than an occasional glitch when sending out new posts or replying to comments. The support team is also very quick to respond to me when there are problems that arise. Not having specific goals set by myself, but rather just allowing Archie to guide and lead me towards my target audience has been helpful so far. I do think I will need to get more involved with Archie if I want to really make progress with my social media presence. As a first-time user I am still learning how to best utilize the platform. There is a lot of good information online already about how to use a tool such as Archie, but my goal here was simply to get started and build momentum rather than learn everything at once.
