Review on MMUSS Sleep Headphones Headband: Ultra Thin Stereo Speakers for Sleeping, Sports, Air Travel, Meditation & Relaxation (Pink) by Joel Payne

I use my sleep headphones to watch ASMR YouTube videos when I fall asleep because ASMR sounds help my insomnia. I've tried every pair of headphones in the low to mid range and have returned to them for a number of reasons. The coiled wire is great and really tolerates my tossing and turning in my sleep. I literally broke other wires in the middle of my sleep or accidentally twisted them in my bedside drawer because I didn't realize it. I don't bother with these things when I suffer from insomnia so I stay in the low to mid range! The material of this style fits my head well so I have to trim them down a bit to get them really comfortable but I have a big head so I think they will fit other heads very well. Their snug fit has the added benefit of the strap not twisting around the head as you move, causing the ear cups to move towards the forehead/back of the head etc. I wake up with them wherever I put them, even when I'm running marathons in my sleep. ;) The material is cool and breathable, which is a must for a warm sleeper like me. If you are in the same boat I would recommend avoiding warm fleece material to sleep in as you will get hot! My previous version didn't have this controller, but I think it will come in handy when I'm falling asleep to my ASMR videos and my husband is saying something to me. No more lifting your ear by the strap and then adjusting! Just a tip if you're between the wired version like this and the Bluetooth versions. From what I've found, all low-to-mid range Bluetooth versions have battery life of less than 8 hours, resulting in a loud "beep!" when the battery dies. There's nothing more annoying than being woken up by a beeping sound when you're having trouble falling asleep at all.
