Stopped working after the first two days

The pen was very comfortable to work with. But after two days of use, it stopped working normally. Now the text appears on the screen before the stylus touches it, making it incredibly difficult. I contacted the seller for technical support, but of course it takes forever. You get what you pay for, just spend the extra money and buy a higher quality pen.
