A good quality product, I rate this purchase perfectly.
SportContact 5 (Audi A6, quattro, R18) came before it. I was pleasantly delighted when I fitted PremiumContact 6 because the tires' grip and responsiveness are on par with SportContact 5, while their comfort and noise level are noticeably better. These tires can be seen as a significant improvement for the entire Continental line in general.
Pros
- On both dry and wet conditions, excellent grip and steering response. It runs smoothly and quietly at the same time. I carefully considered it based on different testing before purchasing; at the time of late spring 2022, it excelled in nearly all tests in terms of wet handling, greatly outpacing rivals. This, in my opinion, is the most crucial factor.
Cons
- My season's consumption was still substantial, despite being less than on SportContact 5.
