UPDATE: Okay, I've had this mat for about 2 months now. Thought it was a bomb. Well, if you buy it thinking it will protect your floor or carpet from getting wet, don't. This carpet is really leaking. I put it on the carpet and after about a month I picked it up to wash it clean and I thought I smelled urine but thought maybe it's just because my carpet and box are in a small stand space. After the mat was dry I put it back, but this time I put puppy pads underneath to see if it was leaking. I just picked it up and sure enough all the puppies pads were stained with pee. Thus, although this carpet is large, it leaks and leaves urine on the floor or carpet. I bought an indoor/outdoor industrial rug to put in there but I just threw that away. I'm very disappointed that I spent the amount I earned on something that doesn't do what it should. Attention buyers! I have to say after trying all the products on the market this is definitely what I like. It catches most fine drips from paws and is easy to vacuum or shake out outdoors. Thanks for a great product! Finally someone figured out what we cat lovers really need!
