Exactly as shown. It fits well. The only complaint is that the rubber strap stretches somewhat permanently after about a month of use, meaning it will get longer over time and therefore not as snug unless I start stretching more of the strap. It hasn't been a huge problem yet, but I pulled through the buckle probably 3 inches more than I needed when I bought it, and my weight hasn't changed much in that time.
